Gestalt therapy

Gestalt therapy takes into account all aspects of the human being: the body, the thoughts (mind), the handling of emotions and social relationships. This therapy enables deeper self-knowledge and helps to bring into consciousness what is experienced and felt here and now in connection with the past.

Gestalt therapy

The Gestalt therapy helps people who feel emotionally blocked, itself exhausted, overstrained or Empty inside experience. It is aimed at all those who have the impression of being having lost it yourself, in recurring relationship patterns stuck or no longer have access to their feelings to find.

In the course of our lives, we often unconsciously develop protective mechanisms to deal with painful experiences, feelings or inner conflicts. Some of these parts are split off or suppressed - they are no longer felt, but continue to work in the background. This can manifest itself as:

  • a feeling of inner emptiness,

  • Constant exhaustion despite the silence,

  • emotional numbness - "I no longer feel anything",

  • Stress, Fears or Burnout symptoms,

  • Dissatisfaction in relationships or the feeling, Slipping into the same patterns again and again.

The Gestalt therapy supports these gently bring repressed or blocked experiences into consciousness. By working together in the therapeutic space - via Conversation, body awareness, emotion and silence - arises New inner contact. Rigid inner states can move again.

Over time, they develop:

  • a Clearer sense of self,

  • More connection to your own needs and feelings,

  • Relationship skills at eye level,

  • and the feeling, capable of acting and alive again to be.
