Il est tr\u00e8s bien \u00e9tabli que les tumeurs solides diff\u00e8rent consid\u00e9rablement d'un organe \u00e0 l'autre et d'un type de cellule transform\u00e9e \u00e0 l'autre qui sont susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper un cancer au sein d'un tissu ou d'un organe particulier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette variabilit\u00e9 est \u00e9vidente \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents niveaux :&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/22360993\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement, chromosomiquement, histologiquement, physiologiquement, pathologiquement, et en termes de pronostic<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutefois, la m\u00e9decine personnalis\u00e9e contre le cancer aide les m\u00e9decins \u00e0 en savoir plus sur la constitution g\u00e9n\u00e9tique d'une personne et sur la mani\u00e8re dont sa tumeur se d\u00e9veloppe. De cette mani\u00e8re, elle aidera les m\u00e9decins \u00e0 trouver des strat\u00e9gies de pr\u00e9vention, de d\u00e9pistage et de traitement qui pourraient \u00eatre plus efficaces. Ils souhaitent \u00e9galement trouver des traitements qui provoquent moins d'effets secondaires.
