Les mutations g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques responsables du cancer ont \u00e9t\u00e9 catalogu\u00e9es afin de constituer un ensemble de donn\u00e9es important pour faire progresser l'oncologie et la compr\u00e9hension industrielle du d\u00e9veloppement des tumeurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une mutation g\u00e9n\u00e9tique est l'alt\u00e9ration permanente de l'ADN et le changement correspondant de sa fonctionnalit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malheureusement, malgr\u00e9 tous ces progr\u00e8s excitants, la fr\u00e9quence du cancer est toujours en hausse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Comment le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age du g\u00e9nome tumoral conduit-il \u00e0 un traitement personnalis\u00e9 du cancer ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis 2003, le s\u00e9quen\u00e7age de l'ensemble du g\u00e9nome humain a ouvert la voie aux chercheurs pour l'\u00e9tude du g\u00e9nome du cancer.  L'objectif est de trouver des mutations driver, qui sont<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/21639794\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ncrease le taux de mutation dans la cellule<\/a>Les tumeurs de l'intestin gr\u00eale sont des tumeurs qui \u00e9voluent plus rapidement que les tumeurs de l'intestin gr\u00eale, ce qui entra\u00eene une formation plus rapide de tumeurs et de m\u00e9tastases.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines mutations, connues sous le nom de passengers, ne conduisent pas&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/22895339\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">progression vers la maladie m\u00e9tastatique<\/a>.
